Before you buy
Questions, answered plainly.
What stays free?
Planning, sharing, checklists, the cost estimate, quizzes, road-trip guides, narration in your device's voice while you're online, and the offline plan pages. We won't paywall offline plans — it's the thing you need most when the signal drops.
Can I try the audio pack before paying?
Yes. Every account gets one neural-voice audio pack free, for one trip of your choice — generate it from the trip's plan page. No card needed, and it never starts a subscription. If you like it, a Trip Pass or Pro unlocks it on your other trips.
Trip Pass or Pro?
If you take one or two trips a year, a Trip Pass ($9.99 once, for that trip) is the honest choice. Pro ($34.99/yr) is for people who plan often — it unlocks every trip and pays for itself on the fifth.
How does the Pro free trial work?
New Pro subscribers get 7 days free, once per account. You add a card at Stripe's checkout but nothing is charged during the trial. We email you 3 days before it ends; if you do nothing, Pro starts at $34.99/yr (or $5.99/mo on monthly) and renews until you cancel. Cancel in one tap from Your plan before the trial ends and you pay nothing at all.
Does a Trip Pass cover my travel companions?
Yes. A pass belongs to the trip, so everyone you've shared it with gets the offline audio, exports and GPS auto-play. One person buys, the whole car benefits.
What's a narrated route tour?
Each of our curated road-trip guides can be bought as a narrated tour: every stop told like a podcast, saved to your phone for the drive. It's $9.99 once per guide — no subscription — and Pro and Founding Lifetime include every tour. Tours are refundable within 14 days, like a Trip Pass.
Can I cancel Pro?
Any time, in one tap, from your plan page — Stripe's billing portal does it, no email to us needed. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Monthly plans aren't refunded pro-rata.
Refunds?
If a Trip Pass or Pro didn't work for you within 14 days of buying, write to us from the contact page and we'll refund it — no questions. Founding Lifetime seats are refundable within 14 days as well; after that they're yours for good.
What does "Founding Lifetime" mean?
The first 100 people to buy get Pro forever for one payment of $79. It funds the road ahead, and you're the ones who shaped the product. When the seats are gone the offer goes with them.
Is the AI always right?
No. Plans, cost estimates and narration are generated by AI and can be out of date or plain wrong — opening hours change, roads close, prices move. Treat everything as a well-researched draft and confirm the parts that matter before you go.
